Some folks just seem to take to turkey hunting at a young age.

Consider John Brooks of Kentucky. According to his dad, Ronnie, the first photo in this post was taken when John was 4. Apparently, he was studying up in preparation for the day he could chase gobblers.

The second photo was taken this past spring, when John, then 11, killed his first gobbler.
