Wild Turkey Fajitas

2 wild turkey breasts, cut into thin strips
3 bell peppers (green, red and/or yellow), cut into long strips
2 medium onions, cut not chopped
2 packages of large flour tortillas
Mexican shredded cheese
One 16-ounce sour cream
Small bottle of Italian dressing
Mix the turkey with a pack of fajita seasoning. Mix well. Coat the bottom of a large skillet with olive oil. Bring to medium heat. Toss the turkey in and simmer till almost done. Then throw in the peppers and onions. Stir fry till pepper and onions are soft. I also like have yellow rice with this meal so get ya some of that as well. Directions are easy.
Fill the tortilla up with the fajitas, cheese, salsa, sour cream and roll the bad boy up and get to eat’n! Don’t forget the rice.
