#3 Check That Impact Point

Your turkey gun’s point of impact can change from one choke tube to the next. In fact, it’s likely to do so. Each time you test a new choke, shoot at 25 yards with a light trap load to check the point of impact. And until you know where the gun is shooting, fire your turkey loads at 3-square-foot or larger targets so you can see the entire pattern and find its core.
