The most overlooked skills in turkey hunting are patience and planning. The better you know the turkeys in your area and what they do, the more likely you are to kill turkeys when they aren’t gobbling. In many situations, sitting tight can be just as effective as making a move. You just have to learn to distinguish when to do it.
