Is any one else beside Joe in Florida and Paul in NY/NH using a bow on ole Tom. I started bow hunting (deer) three years ago. Haven't seen much chatter about bow hunting for turkeys and would be interested in their methods and equip.[:D]

For some incredible archery turkey footage check out www.GoneWildOutdoors.com. Andrew Gue has shot more birds with a bow than most anyone else. I've hunted them with a bow and its a lot of fun. A good expandable head would be my suggestion. Even a well hit turkey can sometimes run off (be ready to follow) but they don't have the resilence of a deer so they can't go as far. A good hit should put one down fairly quick though. Of course, if you are really confident in your shooting ability you can use the Magnus Bullheads (or similar) and take their head off. Very quick and effective.
