I just permission to hunt a piece of property around Orrville in Dallas County does anyone know what the birds are doin down that way. Ive never hunted in that part of the state when do they really get crankin. Thanks

not sure. I'm in Barbour County and last Thursday March 8th I had a bird on the limb gobbling his head off, so they cant be far behind if they are behind at all!

Thanks. I live and hunt in Jefferson County and they are henned up pretty bad up here. I took a kid Sunday morning and we heard one gobble but thats kinda the norm for early season around here,it's usually the first week in April before they get really goin.
