Looking for Osceola guided hunt

Postby The Turkenator » September 19th, 2008, 3:30 am

I am looking for a quality outfitter to book a Osceola through. This hunt would be for my son who will be 16 in the spring, and if sucessful the Osceola would complete his Grand Slam. I would prefer a guide that includes food and lodging in the hunt. If any of you reading this have a recommendation please post your response. Thank you for the help.

I am booked with Santiago from Oacachobee (sp) outfitters.  He was recommended to me by a neighbor who hunted gators and hogs.  I will try and find his card and reply with his contact info.  He has a website you may be able to google.

I went with David Austin and Lovett Williams camp - Fisheating Hunting Camp in Palmdale. Doesn't appear they have an active web site anymore.
They had an option of guided or unguided - it was a great experience for a PA mountain boy to hunt those cypress swamps.
