Radio Recommendation

Postby MAK » June 30th, 2008, 2:46 am

I'm real unhappy with the performance of my 2 way - what works for you in these PA mountains?

I'd send smoke signals, but my buddies can't read........

Good luck, my father and I use motorolas.  I will probably be corrected by some one, I believe most of the radios on the market need "line of sight"  If there is an obstruction, ridge, you can't communicate.  Potter county ridges are not the best place for radio use.
