Meeting of the "3" amigos (team #3)

The general page for the annual turkey hunting contest. Tons of fun even if you're not on a team.

I'm in. The North Carolina turkey season runs April 14th to May 12, 2012. The bag limit is two bearded or male birds only. I could be set to go in less than 10 minutes because my gear is already packed up & ready to roll.

I also just got access to hunt on 1,200 acres of lightly hunted property in a county with one of the better turkey populations for this region in it. :D :D

Buena Suerte Amigos!

Cheking in. I'm in South Alabama. Season runs from March 15 - April 31st. I can shoot up to 5 gobblers. I have permission on a 700 acre tract and a 900 acre tract. Also, I'm goin to extend my season in Kansas during the middle of May for a chance at my first (and hopefully a 2nd) Rio Grande. I hope to be successful and help the team as much as possible.

So I would like to nominate Mossberg835 as Captain since he started the check-in thread. Are we going to go with "3" Amigos for the team name? I am on board with that. Any other ideas? Anyone else getting a little itchy waiting for the season to get here?

We should wait for the majority of the team to check in and then nominate a captain. Also, I'm fine with whatever team name just so long as the majority of the team is checked in and everyone can agree on something.

Yeah, I agree. I was just trying to drum up some conversation.
