2012 MN spring turkey application results

*I drew a tag for zone 507 time period C with 1 PP.
*My friend who has 0 PP's did not draw.
*My father in-law who has 0 PP's did draw.
*My tiger friend that has has 2 or 3 PP's drew a tag.

Not too bad if 3 of the 4 in our group free tags. My buddy that find't draw might just bow hint the last 4 time periods in the Waconia area.

I know in the past that drawing for the old 239 was once every 2-3 years and now it appears as though the new zone 507 the odds have increased. For some reason or another turkey hunting was very popular in old zone 239 but not as popular in some of the other zones that are now part of zone 507. Hence the reason why the odds of getting drawn appear to be better this year.

i drew a unit 501 season B tag me my father uncle & cousin all did as well we all sent in as a group alls good so far...

my other uncle also drew a 501 B tag with 0 preference points 3 yrs in a row for us 5 guys hope the new system dosent change our odds but like goshawks luck shows i doubt things will stay the same...
