Found a good drybox for shells in the container aisle at my local supermarket - Lock & Lock multi-use storage container.  They come in various sizes and have 4 locking tabs and a rubber seal.
 
This one's a little more expensive.  With Mother's Day coming up, if you're buying roses, the plastic mesh sleeves that are used to hold the buds closed make an excellent way to keep your box call call quiet.
