How do you check for a hang-fire?

Guns, ammo, and more! What do you shoot, and why?

Unbelievable!! :?: I thought fake when I first viewed. He did not flintch when it failed to fire and missing the target at that range. But when stopping at about the 24 - 26 second point you can plainly see the image of a shot colum and hat lifting. I now think a very good fake or a lottery win wasted for surely he can't have any luck left. I bet he did not shave or use after shave for several days.
There is a very good reason the NMLRA has a rule against blowing down barrels. A guy walks up to the line and has a cap go off but it does not discharge. He drops the rifle down and blows to check for a loaded gun.
Steve, I love "smoked" turkey

That is the definition of stupid.....I don't remember my hunters' safety course teaching that.
Who in their right minds thinks "Let me look down the barrel to see what is wrong".

Dude, whoever you are, you need to get down on your knees and thank the good Lord that you didn't check outa here.

I actually saw that done at a skeet shoot the shooter was in my squad , when the round failed to go off the shooter immediately looked down the barrel and the gun fired. I thought he was gone he fell right in front of me I was almost afraid to look at him but thankfully he was ok.

One last comment then i will let it go......
The irony is that the man is wearing a hunting vest so that someone will not accidently shoot him, but, he almost accidentally shoots himself.

I quote Ron White "You can't fix stupid".

Ok, that is all
