Squirell season sucess?

Anyone having any luck so far on some ole tree rats? I killed 3 opening morning and my dad killed 6. All of these were cutting on hickory nuts but i know a lot of prople who are syaing that theyre not having any luck in hickories because of a poor mast this year so far. So lets hear it fellas, you all having any luck?

squirell season for me opens the first of sept. i'm looking forward to getting back out in the woods for some hunting .. wayne

I went opening morning also and only got 4. They were all in walnut trees, which totally surprised me. Planing to go again next weekend and I cant wait. Go squirrel hunting in the morning, shoot some turtles in the mid-day, and then try to blast some doves in the evening. Oh its going to be a fun weekend as long as the plans don't change.
