dream hunt

i know that we love to hunt turkeys here but i thought for fun for a topic for us to talk about. if you could hunt any game in the world and money wasn't a worry what would be. for me it would be a trip to south dakota for a pheseant hunt i love gouse hunting here in ny so a trip out there to hunt birds would be just the ticket for me[:)]wayne

i believe for me it would be a week or so trying to put an arrow, or maybe a blackpowder bullet, in a bull elk, those big ole things are awesome to watch on the tv, getting up close and personal w/ one of them would be quite a thrill, i would think....now the trip would have to include someone to pack the rascal out of course, should i get lucky......dream on

My dream hunt would be spending several weeks in Oct/Nov staying in a log cabin and chasing ruffed grouse in great ruffed grouse country.

I do it every fall. [:D]

For me I would love to go to Alaska and do a little grizzly bear hunting and try to get a monster moose.

I love spending a couple weeks in the north woods chasing grouse, but I've always wanted a chance to get to NM for a Bull Elk hunt.

A NM bull elk would definitely be up there on my list along with an Alaskan moose. But wingshooting is one of my favorite things to do and I would love to go to South Dakota to get into a little pheasant/quail action with some good bird dogs!

I would like to try an stick an arrow in a caribou, Ive also wanted to bow hunt any type of bear. and a trip to Iowa for a monster whitetail wouldnt be to shabby haha. Those are my 3 dream hunts, now to single one of those out to be my favorite would be the hard part.

My hunt would be for one of those huge Alaskan bull moose with a big bore flintlock rifle. I would take my son and my brother along with me.
