I posted this recipe on the old forum and wanted to share it here.
In a blender, mix:
1 clove of garlic
1/2 cup of lite soy sauce
2/3 cup of vegetable oil
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon of powdered ginger
2 Tablespoons of lemon juice or sherry
Blend together several minutes until well mixed.
Pour marinade in a gallon-sized bowl or in a zip-lock bag.
Cut turkey breast into 1-2 inch cubes and marinate overnight.
Put turkey on skewers and grill until done.
We also like to grill fresh pineapple spears at the same time.
Enjoy some trophy eating!
It will make you want to go shoot another.
If you are a no-hunting son of a gun, this recipe can also be used with chicken or (heaven forbid) store-bought turkey.
