I would like to make my first post. I agree, good like to all the young hunters and huntress. I'am taking out my 6 yr old daughter, she has
hunted with me and my nephews since she was 2. We hunt out of
a blind and that makes it great for us. If we don't get a bird it's ok,
it time together like this that I will always cherish. Remember its all

This is the "youth day" in Pennsylvania. I was in a diner at around 9:30 AM, and a big, husky kid (looked to be about 12 or 13) came in with a guy. I heard the guy tell someone the boy got a gobbler. Any reports yet?

I was out on a listening tour -- walked about 3 miles of my best turkey woods and didn't hear anything. But they gotta be there.

I heard birds gobble sporatic but not good today, saw a flock in a field at first light and those birds never said anything. I heard one bird crank up at 8:15 AM. he came down a hollow went across two gas lines onto another ridge and gobbled for about 45 minutes I guess he was at a loss for hens.
I heard two shots on one mountain and another shot in the next valley not a good showing for yute day.
