Poking around the forum I see the members with different number of stars and titles of "new, senior, junior, super members. what does this mean?
What works for me may not work for you and what works today may not work tomorrow

It has to do with how many posts you have made to the forum and by looking at my number of posts my boss would probably say that I should work more and think about turkeys less, I disagree of course.[:D]
