Gobblerman's call

Postby WillowRidgeCalls » January 2nd, 2011, 9:03 am

This was Jim's pick from the T&TH game. Cherry, Bronze glass over Canary. It'll be headed your way shortly partner. Hope she fills your vest full of turkeys.

Looks like a real turkey killer.  Can't wait to hold it in my sweaty little hands!
Thanks, buddy!

I second that Turkeybuster! I just received one as a Christmas present and it sounds amazing! I know Jim is going to be a happy camper!

Scott makes a good call and when he built mine I ask him if he could take some rasp out of it I am not crazy about a lot of rasp in a call.
Well Scott hit it just perfect the call has a good roll over with just the right amount of rasp on the tail end It will get some woods time in the spring season if it ever gets here.

Glad to hear you got the call Jim and were happy with the sound of it. She'll look a bit better with some NM gobbler blood on it. [;)]

Just wanted to express my gratitude to Scott for the beautiful call...both in sound and looks.... that he made for me.  I have been practicing with it a bit and it will, no doubt, add a dimension to my turkey calling that has been lacking.  I look forward to fooling numerous longbearded gobblers with it this spring and far into the future.
Thanks again, Scott!
