I just heard the forecast for the west central indiana, RAIN for fri, sat,sun and who knows after that! Im allready missing the opening day due to yearly training for work and I might have to work thurs, but Im on vacation til the 3rd of may. Any tips on rainy day gobblers, sounds like I might need a few! Well good luck to those of you that make the opener!!

Ya the Weather man is calling for Rain, and being on Vacation all next week, iam not going to push it and get sick.

I am off tonight and it is suppose to rain tomorrow.  I went out this morning after work and it started to rain on my drive down.  But I did call a huge tom out and it got sunny after that and then the hens showed up and I watched them for about an hour.

hunting in the rain is good, the turkey congregate to open fields and a lot of hunters won't hunt in the rain so the woods is not crowed so the hunting pressure isn't there.
