Dekes: Adding motion help?

I'm interested in adding motion to my hardshell Flambeau hen.  Any suggestions how I can do this?

Goto the waterfowl section and buy a universal motion stake that is what I use on the Flambeau hard bodies and the best part is u can adjust the depth by pushing them in the dirt farther. I put them just about on the dirt and they look real good as a breeding hen or up high in the grass

I take it they can work on any decoy then?  Because I use Cherokee Sports blow up decoys.
