New Pro Staffer: Scott Hembrook

Postby Ben Sobieck » December 16th, 2009, 12:31 pm

Please welcome Scott Hembrook (WillowRidgeCalls) as a Turkey & Turkey Hunting Wisconsin pro staffer. Here's the Reeseville, Wis., hunter's background in his own words.

"A little bit about me, I'm 49 years old, born in Wisconsin and lived here my whole life. I work for the Village of Reeseville Water Works.

"I'm the owner of WillowRidgeCalls. I build turkey calls for hunting and call competitions. I'm a NWTF member and enjoy working with the youth programs. I volunteer as a mentor for the Youth Hunts and the Learn to Hunt programs. I also work our chapters banquet and help out at The Women In The Outdoors event.

"I enjoy spending time in the field with my two setters chasing grouse and pheasants. I also deer hunt, trap and enjoy a day on the trout streams, but my real passion are the turkeys.

"I started entering the turkey calling competitions and enjoy competing with other turkey callers. Some of my hobbies are woodworking, old automobiles and airplanes."

Welcome!

Hey Scott,

Welcome to the ranks of T&TH Pro Staffers.

This, as you already know, is a great place and "populated" by folks who enjoy being helpful to each other.

It's good to learn more about you and look forward to working with you for the betterment of turkey hunting and our fellow hunters.

Thanks,
Clark

Scott,
Congradulations for being promoted to such an "upstanding position". Take good care of the gang from Wisconsin. I'm sure your knowledge and wisdom will take them a  long way in the ways of turkey hunting.
