TAKE A KID TURKEY DOGGING

I TOOK SOME KIDS OUT LAST FALL ...THEY WERE FROM CUBA-RUSHFORD CENTRAL SCHOOL ...THE TEACHER IS SCOTT JORDAN ...HE TAKES KIDS TO ALASKA & NEW ZEALAND...MAC MILLIN RIVER ADVENTURES ON THE OUT DOOR CHANNEL HAS FEATURED SCOTT AND THE KIDS ON THE SHOW... SCOTT FILMS FOR THEM ALSO.....SCOTT HAS HOOKED ME UP WITH SOME GREAT KIDS THE LAST 4 YEARS THEY ARE VERY POLITE AND THEY HAVE A WILLINGNESS TO HUNT THAT BLOWS ME AWAY....IVE TAKEN THESE KIDS ON PHEASANT AND TURKEY HUNTS ...YOUTH SEASON AND REGULAR SEASON ....AND IM LOOKING FORWARD TO DOING IT AGAIN THIS SEASON....LETS FACE IT OUR GUN RIGHTS AND HUNTING RIGHTS ARE THREATENED EVERY DAY ...WHO GONNA STICK UP FOR HUNTING WHEN WE ARE GONE ...TAKE THE KIDS HUNTING

That's awesome Ron. I got a kid hooked on fishing this summer and plan on getting him out this fall. Neither of his parents hunt and don't neccasarily lke the thought of it but they are cool enough to encourage their son in activities he's interested in. I am very thankful that my dad encouraged me to hunt and taught me to respect the outdoors.

last time i took my nephew out hunting he was twelve years old ....i didnt have dogs then but he got his first turkey a nice fall hen....he lives about 80 miles away and other interests kept us from hunting , but he never lost his love for hunting...he called me and said he wanted to go with me and the dogs.....well hes twenty two now and 10 years later he shot his second bird a nice young gobbler....i think i got my hunting buddy back!!!!
