That turkey dogging looks and sounds like a lot of fun.  WI is legalizing turkey dogs next year statewide.  So I have been studying and paying attention to those of you who do it in order to learn all I can.  In the process of searching for a dog now.
Thanks for your post.

turkeydoghunter,
Tried to send you a message but your PM setting is set to blocked.

Been out finishing off the season in fine form. Turkey closed here 12/31 and archery deer closed 1/3/10.
It was my "year of the turkey" - Most successful year ever measured by both turkeys killed and quality of hunt. I was afraid I was dreaming all season and someone would wake me up. [;)]

Are your dogs Boykins?
