Here is one that is headed to New Hampshire

Postby rutnstrutgamecalls » August 27th, 2009, 3:48 pm

This call was ordered after I first posted the Proto-type "Cluck and Purr" Pot Calls. This call was turned out of a very nice piece of Claro Walnut that comes from the Pacific Northwest. This wood looks like Fudge Marble Cake. Both the Pot and the Striker are Inlaid with a Sapelli and Boxwood Inlay Band. The Bottom of the Call is Inlaid with a Two-Tone Single Turkey Track. This Call sound even better than it looks! I Hope you like it!

Thanks Jon!

The really wonderful thing about owning a call built by a master call maker, is that when the time comes for me to hang up the shotgun, I will have something to pass down to my son and I hope everytime he uses it to hear the glorious hammer of a gobbler on a spring morning, he will remember the times we had together out there chasing longbeards, and hopefully smile.

Mike, I am glad that I was able to make a call for you! I don't know about the Master Call Maker thing. I try to do my best everytime I make a call. I only hope that this call lives up to your expectations. The truest test of any call is when are setup in the woods and put the Striker to the Calling Surface and hear a Mature Gobbler answer your pleading Yelps! When this calls arrives I bet I would be willing to bet I will be able to hear you holler all the way to Florida. This Call sounds better than it looks!

Tim!

The call is awsome, and exceeded all my expectations! Thank you! Thanks also for the scratch call. I've been playing with it, and it seems to do the kee-kee very well, once I figured out where the heck the soundboard was........

Thanks again for everything!
