I do alot of cycling on my spin bike in the winter to build up my cardiovascular system. To work on my strength training, I'll use my total gym to build muscle.
Once the snows recede and the roads get better, I'll be on my bike. Yhis will hopefully get me some good miles to prepare me for fall turkey and deer season.
I prefer cycling to running due to an injury I recieved while running a few years ago. However, anything you can do to keep from getting an injury while hunting is a good thing.
You can't kill'em sittin' on the couch!
