pound out breast tohalf inch thick.roll half pound of chorizo into breast.tie.bread with corn flake crumbs. bake at350 one and a half hours or until done. make sauce with velveeta and rotel tomatoes. slice roll on bias and cover with sauce. its the bomb.
Sounds good to me.. I have not pounded out turkey, but it works wonders on chicken for tenderness.... Not sure why I have not tried it on Wild turkey... I use cornflakes in a lot of caseroles as toppings... never tried it as breading... I bet it is great though.. interesting recipe
One pointer I learned... put meat in ziploc-- let out air--- then pound meat it in the bag... Lot less mess
another great recipe, slice breast across grain half inch thich, salt and pepper, spread on apricot or plum jam on both sides grill on hot 2-3 minutes per side. 300 million chinese cant be wrong
