PA opening day buck

got this guy on opening day of PA deer season on public land.

Steve it was a pretty tough season here in PA, didn't see many deer during the archery season, not like years past so I was happy when he showed up, grunting and chasing 5 doe.

That's really strange, we haven't seen nearly the deer numbers we're used to seeing either, here in central va., I managed a couple, but would like another, it's lookin like it's not going to happen, wonder what the deal is :roll:

Before we left Middletown for warmer places there were many beside the road ;)
