NY Fall season

Postby retranger » October 24th, 2013, 8:07 am

Our fall season has come to a close. My fall hunting is combined with bow hunting for deer. I did not connect on either one but the pic shows one day that I was not in the stand :( :(

Boy isnt that the way it goes. I hate to hear you wasn't able to get one this fall.

How long is your fall season? It seems like it wasn't very long ago that you posted that it opened.

I was fortunate enough to hunt with a dog this year, killed 2 central NY hens. PA season opens up in a week. :D

Our fall season was Oct 1 to 18th, runs along with bow season for deer, so my fall turkey hunting consist of hunting both. We can not have both shotgun and bow at the same time while hunting so since the bow is good for either deer or turkey that is what I use.
