Seize the Day

Postby allaboutshooting » September 20th, 2013, 9:05 am

Every day is a bonus. That's really the way I've started to look at each and every day. This morning I went to our woods to look for paw paws for Doris. She likes them as much as any deer, racoon or possum. We have at least 3 groves in our woods but all of them were bare. I did however find a very deep dusting spopt that was full of turkey feathers.

I kept jumping deer all over the woods. I'd sprayed myself with Deep Woods Off and they smelled me from a long way off, I think.

If there was a market for poison ivy...

At any rate, it was good to be back in the woods and just enjoying the day.

I appreciate so much all of your thoughts, PMs, emails and most of all your prayers through this difficult time for us.

Thanks,
Clark

Thank you all so much. It's been really good to be able to get out and do some things. I've also been able to catch-up some on my writing and had a couple of trips to the range.

Thanks again,
Clark

Thank you. I published a few the other day on the M&P Shield, EP7 Sonic Defenders Ultra (ear plugs) and the Survivor Ammo Can. I finished an interior/exterior wall this afternoon to use in my evaluation of the new Hevi-Duty HD loads. Hopefully, I'll be able to see what happens with that on Monday. I'll still a few other items to evaluate with that load but progress is being made.

Thanks again,
Clark
