Lightnin' and Thunder

Postby Dixie Belle » March 19th, 2013, 1:34 pm

My two guests took these two Osceolas this morning during a lull in a thunder storm.
One was 19 3/8 pounds with a 9 7/8" beard and 1 1/4" spurs.
The other was 18 pounds with a 9 1/2" beard and one spur 1 3/8" and the other 1 1/4"
This is the youger mans first Osceola.
As for me, all I've been able to do is call up 6 jakes :) .

Nice spurs. I would have to get a limb hanging pic.

Thanks guys. We have one more hunt planned for them tomorrow to see if they can get one more bird from a new property one of my friends is going to let us hunt.
Steve we do have some limb hanger pictures that we took at the property, but they are on their cameras.
Good luck to all for your upcoming seasons.
