Indian Creek choke

I just had my IC choke tube crack .665 12ga shooting win supreme #5 3". That's all I have shot through this tube.Just can't believe it.Clark have you heard of this?

Hey Kevin,

Yes. There was quite a bit of conversation about this in several places a while back. I haven't heard much about it lately. I'd recommend that you contact the Indian Creek folks and let them know about it. I'm sure they'll replace it for you with a new one.

Not good to hear, I also use a IC in my Mossberg 835. what would cause it to crack?

Hey Kevin,

Did it crack in the ported area? That's what I've seen the most. I don't know what causes that particular problem but I'd contact Indian Creek and see if they will replace that choke for you.

Thanks Clark it cracked on the end ring going back to the little slots.hate it just love that choke

I don't think I've seen one crack there. Most I've seen were in the ported area as I recall.
