I can get my wife to help with filleting Bluegills and Crappies. She even has her own fillet knife. Said my knife was too long and heavy so I got her a Rapala for Valentines day one year. And she claims I never listen to her.

i have a sneaking suspicion that if i bought my wife a knife, it would not be used on a fish.....especially during hunting season [ not really her favorite time of year ].....

Thanks Steve I'm gonna have to learn how to resize the pictures to fit forum. I don't remember the size they need to be. I would post this on my own page but everytime i go to sign in it won't take my password or name. It did at first but not now. :x

Dang, He's so big, you can't fit him on the screen. Seriously though, congratulations. Every deer is trophy eating to me.

Thanks Jim . She was about an average doe of the second year . She no doubt spent all summer on about 20 acres. Clover , soybeans , fescue and corn which is right on the creek. Fat on her hips was over an inch thick .

Like our trouble posting pics , Linda and I just ain't keeping up with the world . We finally got us a gas grill just this summer . Da' gummit ! From now on , ALL the venison will be grilled . Didn't know what we were missing .I "bout have to wrestle Linda to the floor to get a bite of the stuff.
