new guy greetings and mag subscription

Hello all,

I look forward to enjoying the company and the forums here!

Can anyone tell me how long it may be before my magazine subscription arrives?  I subscribed 12/23/08.

seems like it took 8-10 weeks to get my first issue.
lot of very knowledgable turkey hunters on this forum . log in and hang on tight , some of these fellers will keep you laughin'.

8-10 weeks sounds about right. It seems like its never going to come. When mine finally did i got the current issue and the previous. This forum is great with some  pretty awesome people and solid advice. Good luck and hope you enjoy.

Week 12 has come and gone, still no magazine.  Hope it's worth the wait...

I'd say three months is a little extreme.
 
Have you called subscription services at 800-829-9159 or the T&TH offices at 715-445-2214? The subscription center is in Florida and the magazine offices are in Wisconsin so it looks like there is a disconnect there.
 
It is the best turkey hunting publication available, but you shouldn't have to wait that long.

I confirmed my payment was processed on 12/23/08.  I called subscription services (that # has changed, by the way to 386-246-3415). 

My order made it's way to T&TH on 3/23.  They said it takes 90 - 100 days for this to occur and it should be another two weeks before I receive the April issue. 

I realize it's typical to use a sub. service in order to reduce costs, but that's about as slow as any mag I've ever ordered.  If I were T&TH, I'd be asking them why so long to refresh and submit the subscription list.  By the time it gets here, I'll be putting it in my vest!  [8|]
