very nice young man, you know what they say " everythings longer in va. " ;) , don't know how i missed this, not too many va. hunters on this sight, whereabouts in central va., hope to see more about your adventures in the va. turkey woods.....

Thanks for all the Congrat's, it was a great hunt! I am still surprised that my amateur calling abilities seemed to have worked. Had many more exciting hunts, but never did get another one. I consider just being in the woods/fields a successful day though! I mounted the tail and beard myself and will post pictures as soon as I get a chance to take some. " ylpnfol ", I am in Lynchburg, and hunt south of Lynchburg. How about you?
Now I look forward to deer season and some fall turkey hunting!

i'm in western goochland county, i hunt goochland and cumberland counties, time to blow the dust off of the bow and get to shootn, good luck to you during the upcoming seasons.....
