turkey pot pie?

Made turkey pot pie tonight with wild turkey breast, peas, carrots, corn and onions with a store bought pie crust. It was good, but my homemade sauce (one part halfnhalf, one part chix broth) broke. Guess I didn't have the roux right. Anybody have a family recipe?

i love turkey pot pie sounds like every thing you used is right try 2 table spoons on corn starch.....mix it with alittle water or half &half  first mix well....... then stir it in the mix...and cook it will thicken up nice....tdh

hey fellas! everything was right on your pot pie but the crust. i always use bisquick . mix it up like the box says and just take a spoon and drop the dough balls on top. take a can of chicken or mushroom soup and mix with some half &half mix with your veggies and then drop your dough on top.

Never tried the pot pie but I do make a mean turkey and noodles [:D]

mrs. hay fixed the turkey pot pie last evening. you all are welcome to stop in if you like ,,,,,but the pot pie is already consumed . DA'GUM TASTY TOO !!!
