Anything is poss. without much information I would say scout before the season and learn their routine (what you can see from the land you can hunt anyway) Learn if they are coming over and what they are doing if they do come over, are they strutting, feeding, roosting, or traveling through where you can hunt? If so be there and call if he cuts you off he wants to come but can he? will a fence stop him? can you change that?
If he wont come mimic the boss hen if she comes he will to.
If he has a flock he may not come over you just have to try it. If he wont come over in the am try again after 9am or after 3pm you will prob. have better luck.
Good luck!
It aint the killin it's the challenge of the Hunt.
