5th Season Bird

Postby wisgobbler » May 18th, 2009, 5:45 pm

Well I went out Saturday morning and shot my first and last bird of 2009. He came into my decoy with 5 hens and I had him on the ground by 5:40. Also, the best part was that I got it all on video. My cousin tagged along and laid down some beautiful footage. The gobbler ended up being a nice 23 pound 2 year old with a 9 inch beard and 1 inch spurs. Super amazing hunt!
