The link above will give you a detailed explainatioin. Looks like all you have to do is buy her a leftover tag in any unit or time period then she can hunt the special youth season April 10 & 11. If unsuccessful hunt again in her unit and selected season.
Happy hunting.

dtk913,
You can fill all your tags at the same time. IF you get more than one to come in at the same time. I get multiple tags for the same time period. As a result there have been times when a gang of gobblers have come in, shoot one don't move and call them back shoot a second gobbler, maybe even a third. In some units the tags don't sell out. For only $10 there is no reason I can think of not to tag up [:)]. And the funds go to a good cause.

Trust me if you ever do a gobbler triple you will feel invincible....[;)]
that is until the next time the turkeys humble you. [X(]

"Mean season", accurate description. In season 6 unit 1 the brush is thick, heat is up, the bugs are out and in some areas even the rattle snakes are slithering. But this is the season one can have a pocket full of tags. I find the gobblers frequently in the low; some call them swampy areas. Seems they like an insect diet then and they are still competing with each other without too many interested hens. Man is it a blast.
Keep the Thermacell on and toothpicks in your eyes....

Thanks for the info Charlie, looks like there is enough tags in unit 4 that we should be able to get her a tag in one of the last two seasons. Also the lottery results are now posted on the Wis. DNR web page. We got picked for season D 5/5-5/9 in unit 4.
Of course this is hard. If it was easy everyone would do it. The HARD is what makes it great!

Just checked my draws. I drew Zone 7 C 4/28-5/2. I'll hunt the Powell Marsh Wildlife area. Then get tages for Zone 3 for the 4th, 5th seasons, and Zone 2 for the last season.
That will give me tages for Zones 7, 3, 2 anyone eles hunting these zones?

I hunt the Clark County Forest area turkeys there have a lot space to roam.
Drew a tag in MN for period B.

The short answer Scott I hunt in #3 also.  With all the turkey hunting coming up I am feeling down right giddy..[:D]
