WI Spring Bear Season

There is quite a bit of talk about WI establishing a spring bear season and one online poll show 67% of respondents in favor. 
I don't have a problem with this however most of my spring hunting takes place in non bear areas except when I hunt Clark County Forest where there are lots of bears. Sometimes I see more bears than turkeys.
Late afternoon/evening is the best time for bears so a guy could do a turkey/bear combo hunt.[8|]

I'm surprised WI hasn't looked into that more, with the problems with all the bears up there. Could be interesting.
