COLD Spring in Eastern Washington Affecting Turkey Hunt

With the COLD spring we've been having in Eastern Washington, wild turkeys are reportedly 2-3 weeks behind their normal schedule.  Has this weekend's normal temperatures allowed the Toms to start gobbling a lot more than they have been?  Lots of forest access roads in Northeast Washington are STILL blocked by snow, and it's going to take consistently-warm temperatures to melt them off. 
 
I couldn't get out this weekend to hunt (due to other commitments), so did anybody have any luck?
