Having a hard time finding my way around on the new forum. Guess I am missing something ,,,, but can't you do a search for a member of the forum with out thumbing through all the pages?????
What works for me may not work for you and what works today may not work tomorrow

now i'm no expert, but click on the first letter of the members alias, from the alphabet on the find members page, this will cut the search down a bit
