tough spring

I finally filled all three tags but it took an extraordinary effort. Helped a new guy in the sport and he killed one within 20 minutes... unbelievable.

Cold, wet, miserable spring.... OUCH. I am just hoping for a good hatch... but I dont think that is possible with our weather as of late.

Got good word on the birds in the NE part of the state... birds gobbling all around and no one hunting! Might have to go look next year.
