ya the weather is really makin them keep the mouths shut. it needs to get warmer.

First gobble I heard last week was at 11:30 am.  Was able to bring him in.  He came in a hurry.

They shut up right after fly down, don't gobble all morning and if they do they have hens, around 11:00-12:00 they get hot and then they hang up just out of range or come in after shooting hours. These hens need to start sitting!! Maybe hunting all day will come in handy this year.

After the gobs got a direction from my call, they came in fast and silent.  Even when strutting at 20-25 yds, I didn't hear a spit or drum -not a peep.  I was sitting 1/2 way between the decoy and where they stopped, fortunately.

I agree with mcvitullo the hens really need to lay some eggs.
