saw group of 9 hens just down the road from where i live, no gobblers of any sort within sight, and i havent heard any gobbling near my area, so this season is shaping up to be awesome.[:D] Its going to be awesome too because i just turned 16 today so i can hunt by myself and cover more ground than if i hunted with my dad because he has back problems and cant get out as much.[:)]
Hunt for thunder chickens for months at a time...you know that's right

Like i said, Aprils gonna be colder than normal. In my area around naples were supposed to get7 or more inches of snow tomorrow and wednesday. P.S. Heard gobbler behind house, hasnt been gobbler behind house since my brother shot a 21lb gobbler with 1inch spurs and 7inch beard 4 years ago. Upcoming season looks good![:D]
