Alabama cakler

I am looking for information on a turkey call, the Alabams cakler does anyone know anything about this call.

Midwest Turkey Call Supply has them. It's spelled "Cackler" and is marketed by "White Hunter Game Calls"-

The are evidently made by Billy White of Eufaula, Alabama, but I have been unable to locate a website for him. Hope this helps.

i don't think they are still being made by billy white.
