A finished Tom Foolery call by Jim McNeil

    Here is an all cherry call I have just completed. It is my first call since 09/09/03. Some new things that I am trying are; Have added a thin piece of buckskin swuade between the lid and spring. Have also channeled out a line on the inside of soundboards- this is something you will find in vintage calls that you don't see much anymore. I am using a better and more appropriate call screw thanks to Tom L. At least five coats of satin spar urethane, with 0001 steel wool rubs between. It tuned beautifully (to my likes).
