Some Merriam's photos

Postby Bar X Bar » March 10th, 2009, 5:09 pm

I'm new to the forum, I outfit hunters here in Pecos, New Mexico.  We're getting geared up for a busy spring season!

Thanks tracebusta!  Yep, those lions get pretty darn big.  A big tom cat will go well over 150 lbs.  A lion needs to eat about a deer a week to survive.
They eat a bunch of turkeys also.
Quite a few hunters out west have called in lion accidentally during spring gobbler season.
