Sure, During the youth hunt alex missed a tom on easter sunday so we went back with his tag for the 2nd week. got set up and heard very little gobbling from the roost (very cold morning) and they went quiet when they hit the ground. about 9:30 a Tom 1 jake and 4 hens walked by out of range and totally ignored my calling. then I heard a faint gobble in the distance and we were in business, 2 Toms came in only 20 yds or so out struttin/spitting/drumming but alex couldn't get a shot! Then a gobble erupted to our right and a tom 2 hens and 3 jakes came over and made the 2 toms came out of strut and walk away! about 1/2 hour after the Boss left the area they resumed gobbling and came back and alex got a shot @ 35-40 yds.  It was 11:52. 20 lbs, 10 1/2 inch beard, 1 1/8 spurs. I have a tag for May 6-10 so I have my sights set on that annoying Boss.

WELL THAT'S FINE G'PILER & SON . MY HAT IS OFF TO THE YOUNG MAN FOR BEING ABLE TO SEE SO MUCH ACTION AND STILL MAKE A LLOONNNGGG SHOT.
