Thanks, guys! I was dubbing last night and forgot to post these pics after my Maine bird! I had an AWESOME season!

You are also correct about the terrain. Maine is nothing but mountains. These birds dont get heavy but they are a challenge!

NH, well it can be hilly , but around my area there are some farms and small woodlots! I shot this years NH bird on the backside of a small dairy farm.

VT, well not an easy hunt. The first bird I shot at 5:55 am on the topside of a large green field. The second one was shot at 11:30 am at the bottom of a big ridge he was roosted on that morning. I pulled him off a posted piece I could not hunt. LOTS of dairy farms in VT.

Congrats on the great season, and thanks for posting the pics. Dairy farms can be great places to hunt, of course I dont have to tell you that.

Thanks for putting more fuel on my fire with those pics, it was starting to die down just a little [:D].

Yes it did! I shot my Maine bird in the pouring rain!

My NH bird was shot in a light mist!

My first VT bird was shot the morning after a heavy rain in the fog!

It was a beautifil day when I shot my second VT gobbler!

Thank the lord for rain gear! A little rain isnt gonna keep me out of the spring woods!
