That's OK, it's all part of the experience. Turkeys range around large areas anyway so most hunters don't base asking permission solely on turkey sightings. They look for good habitat...woodlots with suitable roost trees interspersed with crop fields, etc. But lets face it, turkeys are so adaptable that they will live almost anywhere, and that's good news. I saw a hen fly across a busy four lane road in front of me at noon today. Keep askin'.
